Lodging Solutions , a Las Vegas based Hospitality marketing company agrees to secure optimum hotel accommodations for it's airline clientele at the lowest possible daily contracted room rates.

Lodging Solutions agrees to use all hotel contacts either by it's affiliation in various local hotel industry member groups, or by keeping updated on local market changes to benefit airline crews.

Lodging Solutions agrees to keep current on market changes by conducting regular site inspections of various hotels, checking on yield management status/occupancy rates, and finding so called “sleeper” properties( hotels that are of excellent value which may not be heavily advertised or of common knowledge to the general public) .

Lodging Solutions is also aware of the specialized needs of airline crews and has prepared it's Lodging Solutions Hotel Features/ Amenities Checklist which may be supplied on request for various properties. The checklist has detailed information regarding the many facets of airline criteria including detailed security and room amenity concerns. Airlines may also request their particular concerns to be added on the survey.

Lodging Solutions agrees to pre qualify properties for the needs of each particular airline before introducing the property to the airline. This will ensure maximum time efficiency and value for the airline.

Lodging Solutions' services are available to all airlines, complimentary. All negotiated commissions or fees shall be paid to Lodging Solutions by the particular hotel that is offered or featured by Lodging Solutions.

Lodging Solutions will still secure the lowest possible room rate, regardless of it's fees or commissions paid by the hotel due to the volume and vast clientele it brings to it's hotel partner/affiliates.

Airline agrees to use the services of Lodging Solutions at it's choosing, without an exclusive agreement.

Airline does allow Lodging Solutions to use it's name if necessary for representation purposes, scouting, pre qualifying, or negotiating on it's behalf.
